Elites Lawncare & Snow Removal is seeking dedicated Snow Plow Operators to join our 'Guys in Pink' fleet for the 2026 winter season. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality snow and ice management for our commercial clients throughout Winnebago County, ensuring safe ingress and egress during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate F-250 plow trucks and commercial snow equipment safely.
- Apply salt and ice melt to parking lots and walkways as directed.
- Maintain clear documentation of services rendered via our management system.
- Monitor site conditions and provide proactive storm response.
- Perform pre- and post-storm equipment inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in commercial snow plowing (preferred).
- Availability to work variable hours, including nights and holidays.
- Ability to remain on call and deploy quickly during storm events.
- Physical capability to work in extreme winter weather conditions.
Important Note: This position requires extreme flexibility. Shifts are entirely dependent on weather patterns. Dispatch availability for storm events is mandatory.
